Issues uploading photos or notes?

Before you start: Please make sure you have internet / wifi access. Open another website to confirm this. Please also make sure there’s enough memory / storage on the phone. If you have no space, we will not be able to compress the photo. If you have internet access and space, then:

3 – When the upload starts, please make sure you keep the app open until the photos says “Uploaded”. If you close the app, the upload will stop.

4 – We recommend you upload one photo at the time – otherwise photos may take longer to upload / may get stuck in the queue

5 – if your upload stops, first pull down on the screen to restart it.

6 – If 5 does not work, kill the app and reopen.

7 – If 6 does not work, log out of the app, log back in and try to upload your photo again.

If you get a message that the upload was incomplete, is may be because you closed the app before the upload was able to complete. To fix this:

1 – reopen the app and pull down on the My Response screen to restart the upload.

2 – Make sure to keep the app open until the response is uploaded, which may take a few minutes.

3 – If 2 does not work, try to kill the app then reopen the app and it should start to upload again.

4 – if 3 does not work, log out of the app, log back in and try to upload your photo again. If you’re still experiencing difficulties, please scroll down to the end of this page and use the Contact Us option.
