If you cannot see Screen Recording as an option when you tap + then it’s most likely that the version of the phone you have doesn’t support screen recording as we require a minimum of Android 8 version needed for Screen Recording.

If your phone does not have Android 8 or above, please advise your recruiter you won’t be able to do the tasks that involve screen recording.

If the timer on your screen recording does not change, please try the following:

1 – Kill the app and restart. Try to do another screen recording.

2 – If 1 does not work,. log out of the app and log back in and try again.

3 – If 2 doesn’t work, check to make sure you have enough space on your phone.
