Why Use Observer Access?

Observer access gives stakeholders and end-clients a front-row seat to research as it happens. It provides a secure, read-only window into the project, allowing you to stay connected to the data and spot key insights in real-time while keeping the core project settings completely safe.

The Observer view is designed to redact Personally Identifiable Information (PII), which means participant full names and email addresses are hidden.

The Dashboard View

Watch participant uploads (photos, videos, screen recordings, and text responses) land in the platform as they are submitted.
Filters: Use the dashboard filters to slice and dice the data by participant, task, alias, or tag to find exactly what you need.

The Highlight Reels View

Curated Insights: View pre-curated video clips and highlight reels generated by the research moderators, organized by Project.

What You Can See and Do as an Observer

As an Observer, you have full visibility into the core output areas of the Indeemo dashboard, but you cannot edit, delete, or moderate responses.
