Inviting Respondents with the Customised Registration Page (URL or QR Code)

If you are using a Customised Respondent Registration Page, you will use a unique URL or QR code to invite participants to a specific Target Group.

1. Preparation (Pre-Invite): Ensure your project setup is finalised, including the Customised Registration Page and Opt-In Consent (optional).

2. Get the Unique Target Group Link:

• Go to the Respondents view and filter to your project.
• Locate the relevant Target Group and copy the unique URL/ QR Code shown next to its name.

3. Invite Participants: Share the relevant unique URL or QR code with each participant, making sure they use the link associated with the correct target group you want them to join.

Tip: To ensure a seamless onboarding experience, you can share these short how-to video guides directly with your colleagues and participants to walk them through the signup process.
