Managing Respondent Status and Editing Details

The Respondents view allows Project Owners, Moderators, and Recruiters to track registration status and manage participant information.


 

Registration Status

Once a participant registers and logs in, their status changes to the green Registered.

Their first name and last name will automatically populate once they register.


 

Editing Participant Details

You can edit the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.

These edits are NOT visible to the participant, except for the First Name, which appears in reminders.

Hover over the name or email and click the pencil icon to edit.
  • Email Address: The email can only be edited before registration. This is useful if a participant registered with a different email or if there was a typo when you added it.
  • If they registered with a different email, change it to the one they used and ask them to restart the app to link them to your project.

 

Notification icons

A Phone icon indicates push notifications are enabled.

An Envelope icon indicates push notifications are disabled, and reminders will be sent via email.


 

Search and Filter

Use the filters (Project, Target Group, Task, Respondent, Status) and click Apply to quickly find participants.
