Respondent Onboarding Experience

This guide outlines the respondent's journey from invitation to task completion, ensuring you know what to expect and communicate.

Respondent Onboarding Flow

After you invite respondents to join your project:

  1. Respondents complete a registration form where they create a password

  2. Then, they are automatically prompted to download the Indeemo mobile app.

  3. Lastly, they log in to the Indeemo App using their new credentials to access your project.

 

Using the Indeemo App for Task Completion

Respondents use the app to view their tasks and upload their submissions.

The app supports text-only notes, photos, videos, screen recordings, all with optional captions.

There is no limit to the number of uploads a participant can submit for any task or project.
