The Complete Guide to Recruiting via Indeemo's Panel

Indeemo's integration with the Respondent.io panel lets you find, screen, invite and pay research participants without leaving your dashboard.

This guide covers what the panel is, whether it suits your project, what it costs, and how your Recruit actually reaches people.

A Recruit is Indeemo's term for a screener - the form applicants complete to apply for your study. You build a Recruit, applicants apply through Indeemo's panel, and you choose who to invite.

The journey runs in three phases

Phase 1 - Create and publish your Recruit
Build your screener by setting your target audience, study details, and qualifying questions, then publish it to the panel.

Phase 2 - Review and invite applicants
As applications come in, review answers in your dashboard and invite the best-fit participants to your project.

Phase 3 - Manage and pay
Once fieldwork is complete, pay incentives to participants who have fully completed your project and close your Recruit.

Critical preparations

Before you build your Recruit, complete these three steps to avoid delays later.

1. Pre-fund your recruitment balance
Contact quotes@indeemo.com to load your incentive balance. Nothing gets paid out without funds in place.

2. Prepare your Opt-In Consent form
You'll need a consent or research terms document uploaded to your Indeemo Project before you can send invitations. Prepare this now so it doesn't hold you up when you're ready to invite participants.

3. Set up your project with the relevant recruitment method
When creating your Indeemo Project, select Recruit via Indeemo's Panel. This links your Project to the Recruit you're about to build.
