OCR (Optical Character Recognition)

OCR is a powerful feature that allows you to search for text that appears visually within a video or screen recording. In effect, it transcribes the words/ text that appears on screen during a respondent's screen recording or video. 

• How it Works: OCR processes the image frames of video content to recognise text. This allows you to search for words that appear on signs, product packaging, documents, or apps the participant is screen-recording.

• Searching: The results of the OCR process are stored as searchable text, which can be queried using the OCR Filter on the main Dashboard.
