What is the 'Customised Respondent Registration Page' feature?

 

Purpose

The 'Customised Respondent Registration Page' feature allows you to create and customise a unique registration page for respondents joining your project.

It generates a unique joining URL or QR Code for each Target Group in your project, which ensures respondents are segmented correctly while seeing the same registration page design.

It also allows for the 'Opt-in Consent' feature to be enabled. 

  • Provide respondents with a clear, branded registration flow.
  • Simplify onboarding without requiring email uploads.
  • Segment respondents automatically into the correct Target Group

 

Create your Customised Respondent Registration Page

When you create your project, you'll be prompted to create your Customised Respondent Registration Page.

Add the following:

✅ Welcome Message – a short introduction that clearly describes the research project.

✅ Branding (optional) – add a relevant image, or a logo.

This feature presents differently depending on the recruitment method chosen.

 

How It Works: Recruit via Indeemo's Panel

When you recruit via Indeemo's panel, the 'Customised Respondent Registration Page' feature sits behind the scenes.

When you are ready to invite your respondents, you will be able to directly choose a target group for the respondent when you tap 'Invite'. See step by step instructions on Inviting Applicants from the Indeemo Panel.

This guides the respondent directly to your unique registration page. 

Note: 

  • Each Target Group registration page will be identical. 
  • It is not possible to customise a single target group's registration page. 

 

How It Works: Onboard using Customised Respondent Registration Pages

When you onboard via Customised Respondent Registration Page, the 'Customised Respondent Registration Page' feature creates a unique, sharable URL and QR code for each Target Group in your project. 

When you are ready to invite your respondents, you can copy each Target Group's unique URL or QR code from 'Respondents view' in your Indeemo Dashboard, and share as you wish. 

You can Pause Registration via the 'Respondents' view at any time when your fieldwork is live.
